switching your number to mexmovil is simple and free of charge. Follow these single steps and your number will be ported in line with IFT regulation.

1. Ask for your NIP

With your previous carrier's SIM inside your device, send an SMS to 051 with the word PIN to receive a 4-digit code. Your service will be interrupted shortly after midnight of the day you make your portability, in the morning you will have your usual number in the mexmovil SIM.

3. Portability

During portability your service might be interrupted for approximately 30 minutes. Majority of the portability happens during night. In the morning you will have your usual number in the mexmovil sim.
